VNPAY Payment Gateway

VNPAY Payment Gateway is a payment solution developed by VNPAY Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Payment Solutions). Customers can pay using bank cards/accounts, QR Pay/VNPAY-QR integrated into Mobile Banking apps of banks, or linked e-wallets, and enter discount codes if available.

Payment Methods via VNPAY

  1. Payment via “VNPAY-QR Supported Apps”

Step 1: Select your product/service, choose Pay Now or Place Order. On the checkout page, verify the products, fill in the recipient information, select VNPAY payment method, and click “Place Order”.

Step 2: The payment screen will switch to the VNPAY gateway. Select “VNPAY-QR Supported Apps”.

Step 3: The system displays a QR code with the amount to pay. Verify the amount, then use your bank app from the listed apps, choose “Scan QR”, and scan the QR code on the website.

*Note: QR code is valid for 15 minutes. Ensure your phone is ready to scan to avoid expired transactions or discounts.

Step 4: Review information, enter discount code if available, and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation on the website.


Guide for QR Pay/VNPAY-QR

  1. Payment via “Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts”

Step 1: Select products/services, choose Pay Now or Place Order. Fill in recipient info and select VNPAY.

Step 2: On VNPAY gateway, select “Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts” and your bank.

Step 3: Enter card/account information, click “Continue”. Enter OTP sent to your registered phone to complete the transaction.

*Note: Transaction expires in 15 minutes.

Step 4: After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation on the website.

  1. Payment via “International Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)”

Follows the same process as Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts.

  1. Payment via “VNPAY E-Wallet”

Follows the same process as “VNPAY-QR Supported Apps”.
