We allow customers to exchange and return products within 7 days from the purchase date, under the following conditions:

1. Conditions for Product Exchange

To ensure the right to exchange a product, customers must meet all the following conditions:

  • The product must be confirmed as having technical defects through an inspection report by a technician of Mirari Import Export Joint Stock Company.
  • The product must be installed and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and must not be repaired or altered by anyone other than a Mirari technician.
  • The serial number on the product must match the information on the warranty card.
  • The product must be intact and include all original accessories, including:
  • Purchase invoice.
  • Product box, user manual, and accompanying accessories.
  • The product must not have any external damage such as scratches, dents, deformation, cracks, breakage, or any signs of liquid exposure.

2. Exchange Policy

• The company will exchange the product for the same type and value. If the same type is unavailable, the customer can choose another product and pay any price difference.
• Customers cannot exchange a product for one of lower value than the original product.
• The exchange policy applies only to the MIRARI Controller and does not cover accompanying accessories.

3. Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact customer service via phone or email to request an exchange.

Step 2: Send the product to 139 Hồng Hà, Ward 09, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC and keep the shipping receipt.
Step 3: Upon receiving the product, we will inspect and confirm its condition.

  1. Customer information record: Customer service will collect and verify:
    • Customer name
    • Phone number
    • Purchase document number, invoice number, and invoice date
    • Product name and serial number
    • Description of the reason for requesting an exchange
  2. Verify product eligibility: Staff will check whether the product meets the company’s exchange policy conditions.

Step 4: Inspection

  • We will inspect the product upon receipt.
  • If it meets all conditions, the product will be exchanged.

Step 5: Completion

  • The result will be communicated to the customer via their provided contact information.
  • Note:

The exchange process must be completed within 7 days from the receipt date. Products not meeting the conditions will be covered under the standard warranty policy.
Customers must record a video of the entire process from receiving to unboxing the product. Without a video, our company will not process any complaints.
Video recording instructions:

  • Clearly record the package upon receipt.
  • Show all package information: recipient’s name, tracking code, address, phone number.
  • Clearly record unboxing details: box, device, accessories, touch screen panel.
  • The video must not be edited or cut.

4. Refund Deduction Policy

If the product has technical defects and the customer refuses an exchange, refund deductions are as follows:

  • Within the first 30 days: Deduct 20% of the product value on the invoice.
  • From day 31 onwards: The product is not eligible for a refund; it will be covered under the standard warranty policy.

If any accessories are missing, the deduction will be based on the actual price of the accessories at Mirari Import Export JSC.

5. Product Inspection

Customers should carefully check the product and sign the receipt with the delivery staff. If any defects or missing accessories are found, contact the delivery department immediately for prompt handling.
